An order-by day allows for printing and shipping with a day in hand. The mail can still be late.

Some pictures are photographs of ones we had printed; the ones marked Mockup are the real print file laid on a photograph of the blank product. The drawing is real either way, and so is the print file. Yours is made from your photo, and you see it before you pay. How shipping works

Three ways families use it

  1. A framed print for each set of grandparents, of a drawing made for them, shipped to their door.

  2. A small print for each aunt and uncle, of a drawing they're in.

  3. A glow-in-the-dark print for their own wall, opened on Christmas morning and tried out that night.

The drawing stays theirs

Nothing is redrawn, restyled or tidied up. The snowman with three arms keeps all three. What they drew is what's printed, and you see it before you pay.

The things parents ask first

When do I need to order for Christmas?

By the day shown beside each gift. It allows for printing and shipping within the US with a day in hand. The mail can still be late in December, so earlier is safer, and we don't promise a delivery date.

Can it ship straight to the grandparents?

Yes. You type the address at checkout, and it can be anyone's in the US.

Does the drawing have to be a Christmas one?

No. Any drawing works: the one they made this year that you want to keep is the right one.

Will you change my kid's drawing?

No. Nothing is redrawn or restyled: what they drew is what's printed, wobbles and smudges included. You can rub out a stray mark yourself, and you see the print file before you pay.

Is shipping included?

Yes. It's printed at a lab in the US and shipped within the US, and standard shipping is in the price. The price on this page is the total at checkout; if the checkout offers faster shipping, the difference is shown there.

What if it arrives damaged?

It's made to order, so it can't be returned if you change your mind. If it arrives damaged, or isn't what you confirmed on screen, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll print it again or refund you. Our terms of sale have the details.
