Every picture here is a mockup: the drawing is real and so is the print file. Yours is made from your photo, and you see it before you pay.

The long answer: what happens to a drawing you upload

We don't redraw it

Nothing is redrawn or restyled. What they drew is what's printed: the wobbly smile, the purple sun, the dog with five legs. You can rub out a stray mark yourself; nobody changes a line.

Cards can't be sent to a US address at all. Stickers, magnets and jigsaw puzzles are made in the UK, and the postage to the US costs more than they do.

The things parents ask first

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. Framed prints, canvases, art prints and glow-in-the-dark prints are printed at a lab in the US and shipped from there. Shipping is included in the price.

Why is a UK site selling in dollars?

Feltip is made by one parent in the UK. Gifts for US addresses are printed in the US and priced in US dollars, so nothing crosses a border on its way to you.

Will you change my kid's drawing?

No. Nothing is redrawn or restyled: what they drew is what's printed, wobbles and smudges included. You can rub out a stray mark yourself, and you see the print file before you pay.

How long does it take to arrive?

It's printed to order after a person has checked your file, then shipped within the US. We're new and haven't timed enough packages to promise a date, so we don't. Before a holiday, each gift shows the day to order by.

Can I send it straight to Grandma?

Yes. At checkout you type the address it ships to, and it can be anyone's in the US.

What can't you ship to the US?

Cards can't be sent to a US address at all. Stickers, magnets and jigsaw puzzles are made in the UK, and the postage to the US costs more than they do, so we don't sell them here.

Do I need an account?

Yes, a free one, so their drawing has somewhere to be kept. It takes an email address.
