In plain words
What you agree to when you buy
Everything here is made to order from a photo of your child's drawing, so a few things work differently from a shop. This page says how, in plain words. It is not a lawyer's document, and it changes when the product does.

Who you are buying from
- Feltip is run by one parent in the United Kingdom, trading as Feltip. There is no shop or office to visit: everything, including anything that goes wrong, is handled by email at feltipsupport@gmail.com.
- These terms are the agreement between you and Feltip for anything you buy on this site. Your rights under UK consumer law sit on top of them, and nothing here takes one away.
What you are buying
- Every keepsake is made to your order from a photo of your child's drawing, for you alone. Nothing is kept in stock.
- Before you pay you see the exact print file, and you tick a box to say it is what you want printed. It is then printed as you saw it. If something in the photo bothers you, a crease or a shadow, fix it or rub it out before you tick.
- Each product's page says what it is, how big it is and where it can be posted.
- A digital creation, such as a colouring page or a little book, is made from your drawings and delivered on screen; nothing is posted. A membership is paid monthly or yearly and gives what its page says for as long as it runs.
Prices and paying
- Prices include delivery. A UK address pays in pounds, an address in the eurozone in euros, and everywhere else in US dollars. The price shown is the price paid.
- Payment is taken by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us; we are told that you paid, and the address to post to.
- Credit and a seasonal code come off at the checkout and are shown on the receipt, which is emailed to the address Stripe takes.
- Feltip is not VAT registered, so a receipt carries no VAT line.
Where and when it is delivered
- Keepsakes are posted to the UK, US, Canada, Australia and 21 countries in Europe. In Europe that is Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.
- Some things go to fewer places. Stickers, the magnet, the ornament, cards and the jigsaw are made in the UK and are not posted to the United States. Each product's page says where it can go, and the checkout only takes an address it can be posted to.
- Each thing is printed by our print partner and posted from the nearest of its labs, each as its own parcel. Printing usually takes up to 4 working days, the ornament up to 5. Standard post then usually takes up to 5 working days to a UK address, 9 in the eurozone (17 for something made in the UK) and 8 in the US.
- Those are the upper ends of our print partner's own estimates, with our allowance for the standard service, and not a promise: the post can be late, and December is slower. Before an occasion, each product page shows a day to order by, worked out from the same figures.
- Express delivery, where the checkout offers it, is a faster service for the difference shown there.
- Your account page lists each order and what has happened to it, and we email you when it is posted.
Changing your mind
- Every keepsake is made to your order and personalised with your child's drawing, so the 14-day right to cancel that covers most things bought online does not apply to it: the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 leave out goods made to the buyer's specification or clearly personalised.
- An order goes to the printer as soon as you have confirmed the file and paid. If you change your mind, email feltipsupport@gmail.com straight away: if it has not been made yet we stop it and refund you; once it has, we cannot.
- A digital creation is delivered on screen the moment it is made, with your agreement when you order it, so it cannot be cancelled afterwards.
- A membership can be cancelled at any time from your account page. It runs to the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed.
If it arrives damaged or wrong
- If a keepsake arrives damaged, or is not what you confirmed on screen, email feltipsupport@gmail.com within 14 days of it arriving, with a photo of what came. We print it again or refund you, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.
- If it is exactly what you confirmed but the drawing did not come out as you hoped, a crease you did not rub out or a shadow in the photo, that is not a fault. Write anyway, and we will see what can be done.
- None of this affects your legal rights, including the right to goods that are as described and fit for their purpose.
The legal bit
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute about them goes to the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects the rights the law gives you where you live.
- They were last changed on 20 October 2026, and they change when the product does. The version on this page is the one that applies.
