There is no phone line and no postal address. Everything is by email, and the reply comes from the same address.
What helps
- The order reference from your receipt, which starts with FT-.
- A photo, if something arrived damaged or wrong.
- The email address you signed in with, so your family's record can be found.
Who we are
Feltip is run by one parent in the United Kingdom. The terms of sale say what you agree to when you buy, and the privacy page says how your child's drawings are handled.
You do not need to write to delete a drawing, a child's record or your account: those are buttons on your own pages. How deleting works
