How their drawing becomes it

  1. Step 1: Take a photo of a drawing. The front is your photo of it, with a line of ours above it and 'drawn by' and their first name underneath.

  2. Step 2: Choose the front's words (Happy birthday, Happy Christmas, Thank you, or Look what I drew for you) and type what goes inside, printed as typed.

  3. Step 3: You see the front, cut from the print file itself, before you pay, and it is printed as you saw it. You type their name and address at the checkout, and we post it to them.

The things parents ask first

Where does it go?

Straight to the person it is for, in a brown envelope addressed to them, anywhere in the UK. It does not come to you first. We cannot post it outside the UK yet.

What is written inside?

Whatever you type, printed exactly as typed, on the right-hand page. Nobody gets to write in it by hand, so that is where your words go.

Is their address kept?

It is kept on that order, as every delivery address is, and sent to the printer to post it. It is not used for anything else.

Where do you deliver?

Keepsakes are made to order and delivered to the UK, US, Canada, Australia and 21 countries in Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain. For a US address, art prints, framed prints, canvases and glow-in-the-dark prints are printed in the US; cards, invitations, thank-you notes, stickers, magnets, ornaments and jigsaws aren't sent there. In Europe, stickers and magnets go to Austria, Belgium, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Netherlands and Portugal; jigsaws aren't sent to Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Slovakia or Slovenia, and the Christmas ornament isn't sent to Cyprus or Malta. You see what can reach you, and what it costs there, before you pay. Playing is free wherever you are.
